Hotel Booking Rules:
- Iranian guests are required to present their original ID card, national card, or passport upon check-in.
- Foreign guests are required to present their original passport with a valid visa and entry stamp to Iran.
- Iranian couples must provide a document of marital consent, such as a marriage certificate or other relevant documents.
- According to hotel regulations, if identification documents are incomplete or identity verification cannot be established, the hotel reserves the right to deny check-in, and the paid amount will not be refunded.
- Children up to 7 years old without an extra bed stay free of charge and for extra bed will be charged 50% of the cost. (Children above 7 years old are considered adults.)
- Adding an extra bed is possible in some rooms and will include additional cost.
- Staying longer than ten nights require confirmation of the hotel. (Changing the date is subject to cancellation fees.)
- Room check-in time is at 3 PM, and if a guest arrives between 7 AM and 3 PM, 50% of the room rate for one night will be charged. Early check-in before 7 AM will be subject to a full day's charge. Room check-out time is at 12 PM.
- The cost for extending the stay from 12 PM to 3 PM will be 25% of the room rate for one night, and from 3 PM to 6 PM will be 50% of the room rate for one night. Check-out after the specified time will be charged for a full day. Late check-out requires prior arrangement with the hotel.
- Room reservations are possible with a minimum payment of 50% of the total cost. Full payment is mandatory on busy dates.
- Prices are subject to change based on the moment of reservation and may vary during different time periods.
- If a guest does not show up, the reserved room will be held vacant for only one night, and the room confirmation will be canceled the next day.
- The recipient of the booking acknowledges and accepts all the mentioned terms and conditions regarding hotel reservation.
