Reservation Rules

• Required documents for Iranian guests include the original ID card, national card, or passport. Organizational cards such as driver's licenses and service cards are "not acceptable" for hotel stays.
• Required documents for foreign guests include the original passport with a valid visa and entry stamp to Iran.
• For the acceptance of Iranian couples, carrying a proof of marriage such as an ID card or other documents is mandatory.
• According to the hotel's rules, in case of incomplete identification documents and failure to verify identity, acceptance is not possible, and the payment made will not be refunded.
• Children under 7 years old stay free without an additional service, and with an extra bed, they are charged half price. (7 years and older are considered adults.)
• Adding an extra bed in some rooms is possible and comes with an additional cost.
• The reservation holder is obligated to specify the exact reservation date, and stays longer than ten nights are arranged with the hotel's coordination. (Changing the date is subject to cancellation fees.)
• Check-in time is 15:00, and if the guest arrives at the hotel between 7:00 and 15:00, 50% of one night's cost will be charged. Early check-in before 7:00 will incur a full charge. Room check-out time is 12:00. Early arrival requires prior coordination with the hotel.
• The cost of extending the stay from 12:00 to 15:00 is 25% of one night's cost, and from 15:00 to 18:00 is 50% of one night's cost. Checking out later than the specified time will incur a full charge. Delayed room clearance requires prior coordination with the hotel.
• Prices are based on the moment of reservation, and they may vary in different time periods.
• If a guest does not come to the hotel to pick up their reserved unit, the hotel will keep the selected room empty for one night, and if the guest does not show up, the reservation will be canceled the next day.
• The reservation holder accepts all the terms and conditions regarding hotel reservation.

Cancellation Policy

• Up to 15 days before arrival, no penalty.
• From 15 to 11 days before guest arrival, a 20% fee per room will be charged.
• From 10 to 6 days before guest arrival, a 30% fee per room will be charged.
• From 5 days to 48 hours before arrival, a 50% fee per room will be charged.
• From 48 hours before arrival until guest check-in, a 70% fee per room will be charged.
• For cancellations less than 48 hours, the full cost per room will be deducted.
• Cancellation is not possible for busy dates.
